Our classes for women focus on rape prevention techniques and tactics. Learn to detect danger signs and how to defend yourself when there are no signs of danger are given. This program teaches you how to defend against common attacks, including fighting on the ground and when confronted with a weapon. We emphasize realistic scenarios and realistic defenses! The program has been carefully developed. The program deals specifically with how and where women are commonly attacked. Women are taught to defend themselves safely and effectively from an attacker with blows, elbows, knees and kicks. More importantly, women learn to defend themselves from the worst scenarios, that is, they are already in a bear hug from the strangler, whether standing or on the ground.
WOMEN SELF DEFENSE
The program incorporates training methods to build the fighting spirit for women 'and to train the way to respond, both mentally and physically at a time of need, eliminating the danger of "freezing" or "turning off" in confrontations.
Women receive practical training in real places, ATMs, parking lots, etc. and are attacked by instructors dressed in full protective filler in order to experience what a real attack feels like. This is also a fun physical condition activity, great training for speed, endurance, strength, precision and coordination! Whether it's an assault, a hostage situation or rape, predators tend to see women as an easy target. This does not even include domestic violence and sexual assault by non-foreigners.
Unfortunately, most women are not prepared to defend against these attacks. Although the awareness of self-protection has grown among women, many of them are not taking the necessary measures to be prepared when a confrontation arises. One of the first essential steps for self-protection for women is prevention.
